I HAVE A HONEYWELL 6450 BUT MY OLD THRMOSTAT had emergncy heating, its 96 degrees in here, what did i hook up wrong?

Emergency heat you have to have a jumper between AUX and E. Also you have to go into installer setup and set set 1 option 5. Russ

Push fan and up button at same time for 4 seconds. That will get you into installer setup. set 1 option 5. Push done when finished. You do not have Ruud Rheem or Weathering do you. Russ
