Can you provide model on furnace and tell me if your outdoor is an air conditioner or a heat pump? And how you have thermostat wired.
The website does offer phone call service for an additional fee of 18.00.If you select the additional service offer, you may get a different technician.Accepting the offer automatically charges you for the question as well as the additional 18.00 phone call fee. We can work here until finished at no additional fee.If you do want a phone call and don't mind the extra fees let me know ,otherwise we will continue here.
Lets do this,go to furnace and look on control board and see if we have a light flashing on control board
If blinking tell me pattern of blinking
That will tell us where to start
If furnace has a peephole, look inside. If not remove bottom panel and hold door switch in
With thermostat calling for heat, hold door switch in so we have power to furnace. (Power goes off when removing bottom panel)
Raise high so it stays calling for heat
Push in door switch
Bottom panel pushes in when in place
Do you have a peephole to see board with panel on?Also if you have a picture might help me.Are you looing at control board? If not remove other panel

I am here
Got pic but we ned to be in bottom section of furnace
Let me know when you get to board on blower housing where light is
Do you see light on board?
And do you see the door switch?
Push and hold switch and tell me what happens and what light does
count number of short blinks and number of long blinks
As soon as blinking starts
Does the small vent motor come on and will it spin by hand if not?
I have to leave for the evening so I will open to other experts so you do not have to wait.
Sorry getting ready to leave for the day. Before I go try one more thing. Take a wire or jumper or pair of needle nose pliers and connect the R and W wire on control board where thermostat wires connect and with door switch held in see if furnace will light.http://i.imgur.com/JprQdYv.png
Terminals marked R W G Y C
You should see the thermostat wires connecting to the board in bottom of unit
NO we want to jump the actual terminals on the board.http://i.imgur.com/JprQdYv.png
OK push door switch in and jump R and W with needle nose to see if heater will come on
Doesn't matter as long as both are done
What is blink pattern now?
I meant to tell you.The blower should run nonstop for 90 seconds. Then light should turn solid and the vent motor should come on starting heat cycle. If you did not hold door switch and jumper on R and W for at least 90 seconds, Do it again and keep doing for 90 seconds.
OK if just humming. we may have a bad inducer vent motor. Lets concentrate on that.
Do you see that little rubber hose between vent motor and the pressure switch (pressure switch has the yellow and orange wires)
Tape or hold door switch in to keep power to furnace .Turn thermostat to call for heat.Remove the rubber hose from inducer. Leave attached to pressure switch. then suck on end of hose and see if pressure switch clicks and closes and if furnace will ignite.
No more than about 30 seconds
I think we have an issue with that inducer motor.Do you have a multi meter for checking voltage?
I think probably going to be best to get a tech there to troubleshoot as some of the necessary test are going to require the meter and being familiar with what to do.It would be awfully easy to cause harm to yourself to damage to equipment or even home if not familiar with working on the furnace .
That is what it sounds like. The inducer has to start before anything else. But I hate to condemn it since board is not giving us an error code of pressure switch it could be board.
Probably about same price but hate to tell you which one to change without troubleshooting with a meter
Board will probably actually cost a little less than inducer to replace.
