I have a AC/ natural gas furnace combination unit all

Customer Question

I have a AC/ natural gas furnace combination unit all enclosed in one big unit that sits outside our house. We got a lot of snow overnight and now the heat won't work. The fan is still running but its just circulating cold air. Any ideas on how to get the furnace running again? Thanks

Let's start by making sure the vent on side of unit is not blocked rt filled with snow.

Usually has a hood and located by louvered inlet

we've completely cleared all snow on and around the unit.

1. Give me complete model on unit

2. Tell me exactly what if anything happens on call for heat

Sorry had to reboot computer.let me get my manual opened back up.

It's saying that means a rollout switch fault
Expert:  airheatman replied 1 year ago.

Thanks for your patience. The 7 flash code indicates a flame rollout switch is tripped. Look just above burners for small rollout switches with 2 wires attached and small red button in between wires, Push those buttons and lets see if they will reset.

I don't immediately see the burners. Any idea where they might be located in relation to the red flashing light?

I'm not seeing that. I see an on off switch. Here are some pics of what I see.

Looks like someone may have replaced with wrong switch. These should have a reset button as shown earlier. Also looks like one may already be bypassed .Picture gets a bit blurry when I enlarge so I cant really tell on it.

For a test to see if code will o awy and burners light, unplug and connect the blue wires to this switch.
