I have a furnace that has Ultrazone EWC-ST-2E control panel.

Customer Question

Customer: I have a furnace that has Ultrazone EWC-ST-2E control panel. The furnace does not start when heat is required. It starts when I pull the relay out and put it back. What could be the problem?
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: It works fine for cooling and also when heating is not required frequently. That is when it is not too cold outside
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Home Improvement Experts generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). the relay you are pulling it in the panel or the unit and what relay is it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Out side the control panel. It is line electric coil CRH102C - 24 VAC

Ok that is breaking the 24v circuit and restarting...does turning thermostat off/on do the same thing?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Turning off and on the thermostat did restart the furnace same as the relay switch

Thank you, ***** ***** it is a 2 zone panel...does the other thermostat react same same way or just the master?

Or does second zonenot work until master off/on?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The second zone did not start until the master thermostat off and on
