my blower will not come on in auto mode ?but it works in on mode

If the motor runs in "ON" mode but not auto..

1- the circuit board has a bad blower relay, which means new circuit board.

2 - The motor will not start at lower speed due to a weak capacitor.

You can tell by if the motor gets power or not in heat mode.

If power present = motor

If no power present = bad board
