Customer Question

My Paloma "Main remote control UMC117" (after 30 seconds of plugging in) is flashing "76". The on/off button doesn't respond, when pressed (no lights), nor do the up/down buttons. Do I need to replace the control, or is the problem in the electronics of the Tankless unit? I'm capable to replace the control unit.

I do need an answer. I want the Tankless water heater up & running.
I'm sorry that I didn't respond to you sooner. I lost my internet connection & have been going back & forth with AT&T. Very frustrating! My home phone now is: 1(408)(###) ###-#### *****:***@******.***
