Issue will most likely be a bad control board if unit operates fine except for motor not cutting off. The board has built in fan relays that signal motor on and of. If contacts burn closed, relay will not open. To verify, allow unit to cycle off and when motor should stop ( shortly after burners go out), locate terminals CIR-N and HEAT-H on board and verify board is still sending 120v to motor.. See below.
