Customer Question

Customer: Hi Tim. I have a Carrier VVT system in my building. I think it is either GEN I or GEN II. The system is old (1990). Want to keep it a few more years. Need a slave thermostat since it is stuck at 80 in the hot and 66 in the cold. Can I use a GEN 2 SLAVE thermostat for a GEN 1 system??? Currently have SSP01E and SS01 SLAVE units, want to purchase a 33CSZC-01 Zone Controller.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: My namae is Greg
JA: OK got it. Last thing — HVAC Technicians generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
