Customer Question

Customer: I am trying to wire a LUX TX9600TS thermostat with an existing Seer R410A heat pump 2-stage system. I have re-connected the wires exactly as they are on the previous Honeywell thermostat, but I still have no power.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: Connect the green wire to G, RH to RH, W to W1 and there is a bridge between RH and RC. The previous system used only the 3 wires: green, RH, and W.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to HVAC Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
