I am trying to change the air filter in my Carrier 25HBC

Customer Question

I am trying to change the air filter in my Carrier 25HBC 342A4300 Unit. The interior box is hung from ceiling in a very tight closet space and I am having trouble seeing to enough to be confident as to how to change the air filter. A simple schematic or photo of the unit would help greatly. Can you help

I researched this and I don't know what your model looks like but I found a couple of different manuals that might help........please let me know if they do ......good luck

Those manuals each has the same drawing of filter replacement showing a pair of filters. Ours only has one. I will try to get a picture of our unit and see if that clarifies the questions

okay I will try and help you with that if I seems Carrier is only offering a lot of technical data on this .......and a picture of your closet would give me an idea how difficult this is for you ..........I have to go away from the computer for an hour but I will check back then ............thanks

Is this kind of what we are looking at but only in a closet ?
