Rheem 871, new out of the box continuous flow LPGas water

Customer Question

Hi, Rheem 871, new out of the box continuous flow LPGas water heater. Installed, and connected, electrical power OK, gas OK ( after bleeding the line), flow is good ....heater does not fire up!, checked the high and low pressure settings and all OK. There is initialization when I apply power, i can hear some movement in the heater, two horizontal bars appear on the display and then dissapear and nothing happens when there is flow, ( have multiple taps running with good flow).
No ignition..
What can I check??
