Customer: replaced old mercury stat with ct87k4446, only two wires, r and w, zone valve was def, replaced motor unit , that is now OK. Thermostat does not seem to work at all. What should I get for voltage at the R and W terminals.? tried different switch settings on the internal setting, nothing works? My name is ***** ***** Thanks

What brand zone valve do you have?

Are the other zones working? go to the problem zone's zone valve and move the lever to the right. Do you feel any resistance?
