Is this the boiler you have?

Tell me what the dealer or installer has to say about the problem.

Next tell me if you have experience with oil burning boilers or not and if you have purged the oil pump of air?

We can go from there.

fuel running fine, burner resets but no ignition

Thanks, ***** ***** be several causes. Sparking rods getting no spark or badly adjusted, or dirty.

CAD cell (lense that detects flame) covered in soot, or defective, or bad wire connections.

Fuel nozzle not getting enough pressure to atomize the fuel properly, wrong fuel nozzle so that the spark is too far from the fuel spray cone to ignite it, has also to do with how the burner head is set up at the factory or by the installer.

Let me know if you need training on setting up a burner properly, and to what extent, and how much time you have for me to train you on these topics.

We can go from there.
