I have my Lennox remote set to 80 degrees and my house is 70

Customer Question

I have my Lennox remote set to 80 degrees and my house is 70 degrees (not that I want it 80, it's just that the fireplace will not turn on) with time, which I have never used at 49. I set the timer at 1 and all it did was turn off the remote. I would like my fireplace on, any sugeestions?

Hello Renee, this will not be an easy fix, tell me a lot about your technical skills, if none of that is your forte, tell me which direction you are from the center of the nearest city and I will look for a reputable fire place repair outfit for you,
