Customer Question

hi. my upstairs and downstairs systems were working fine. the batterieson both systems died andI replaced them.nowi cant get anything , ac,heat,or even fan toturn on,but the thermostat units themselves are now on. I read through the post of someone who sounds like they had the exact same problem as me, but no final answers there.

Do you have 2 separate thermostats as well as two separate furnaces and that batteries died on both at same time and now neither will work?
