Your furnace has two motors if it is less than 15 years old. Are you saying the inducer vent fan and the main circulating fan are both working?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is a fan shaft I can see running above the burners it is running but he fan is not blowing
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I would gues it is the Main circulating fan
Expert:  airheatman replied 1 year ago.

Ok that is the vent fan.Look at images below so we know we are on same page. Also do the burners stay on?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I've taken a couple pics and the lower fan I've located is Not spinning
Expert:  airheatman replied 1 year ago.

Ok that is why no air is blowing. This is the circulating fan. Either board is bad not telling fan to come on or the motor or capacitor is bad.

We would need a meter to troubleshoot. You can get an inexpensive one at Walmart for about 15 bucks if you would like to troubleshoot and I would be happy to guide you.
