Customer Question

After setting up the time for each of the four dayparts on the RTH230B, with the time of day and the day of the week, I press exit and the daypart says "4", even though it says 1:00pm on the thermostat's clock! #4 shouldn't start until 10pm. At 1:00 pm the heat doesn't come on because the thermostat thinks it's night. Help!

Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset I am just one of the techs on here and I try to get to as many customers as I can and I just picked up your question now.

This would seem that you are not getting the full 10:00 PM time in and it is seeing 1:00Pm is that correct?
