Do I have to take the whole back of fireplace off to get in

Customer Question

Customer: do I have to take the whole back of fireplace off to get in to clean or is there a way to take the front screen off that I am missing

Customer: it just started a couple of days ago, but now it won't stay lit for more than a couple minutes, but this fireplace came with the house and we have never cleaned, we were unaware of its neccessity
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Appliance Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. We can help you for less if you're not in a rush. Are you willing to wait a bit?

I'm sorry but I can't find any specs on this model. I'll continue to look but in the mean time I'm going to open this backup to my colleagues in case of them can help. Please don't respond (even to acknowledge this post)until you get a response from us. If you respond first it will only delay your answer.
