Intertherm mobil home gas furnace model MGHA-056ABFC-05 overheating and tripping limit switch. Pulled cap off vent on roof and found no restriction. where to look next?

this is generally caused by lack of air flow,,,,dirty filter, dirty fins on blower, ductwork crushed or plugged.

Can you check these things?

Will check and get back to you. Duct air flow seems good. More concerned about vent but I'll check both.

if you had a vent restriction it would not start. he pressure switch would fault if there was a blocked or slow vent.

Whatever you have is allowing it to run until too hot which eliminates venting
