Robertshaw 9620 error code -AC. 3amp Fuse is. I replaced it

robertshaw 9620 error code -AC. 3amp Fuse is blown. I replaced it and just blew it again. Heat Pump has been running. Any Idea's?

80% of the time this is caused by thermostat wire damage out at unit.

The remainder of faults is usually a bad contactor. Can you inspect the thermostat wire for damage?

I checked the Thermostat Wire. I couldn't find any damage.

The only place I couldn't check the wire was in the tube that leads to the outside condenser. It has spray foam in it.
