How can I get the blower fan to stop blowing in AUTO mode,

how can I get the blower fan to stop blowing in AUTO mode, it runs continuously, and there is cool air blowing at 73deg.

When you say cool. do you mean like ac is running? If so does outdoor unit run also?

The most common cause for this is that fan control board shown below.

If you have already replaced this board,and are sure it is wired correctly, the next most common cause is a stuck sequencer also shown below.

If you have a volt meter our first step is to turn system off and determine where motor is getting voltage from.
