I have a Carrier 58PAV Furnace and the fan stopped working

Hi! I have a Carrier 58PAV Furnace and the fan stopped working last night. How bad could this be, please?

I get a 13 error code, the heater is working but then it stops because the fan doesn't kick in. |Also, when I try to manually start the fan, from the remote control, nothing the fan deoesn't start.

The error 13 is a limit code. I may be as simple as a resttable flame rollout switch or as serious as an issue causing main limit to open.Can you do some hands on and do you have a meter for troubleshooting?cc

Ok Is se in second post the fan is not coming on. This may be a bad control board , a bad capacitor or a motor.let me know about the meter
