Customer Question

I just installed a 2 stage Goodman furnace. GMEC1205DNA
The induced draft blower comes on even with no call for heat. I disconnected all thermostat wires at circuit board to rule out mis-wiring or a short, and induced draft blower still comes on as soon as power is turned on.
Any idea what might be the issue?

is the yellow 5 amp fuse on the circuit board still intact or is it blown?

I thought I replied a long time ago. Fuse is a 3A. It is fine. Zero ohms across fuse. Why would the induced draft blower come on with no call for heat?ThanksBlake

it can do this if a safety is tripped, a safety wire is off, a limit, a roll out.. have a bad circuit board (even if new)
