Are you saying you are trying to light pilot, but no pilot gas coming out?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can't light pilot because there doesn't seem to be any gas coming thru. I have 2 fireplaces & same thing happing with both

No gas to either fireplace?

Have you checked the gas line before the valve?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Other gas items in home, stove, water heater, etc, outside BBQ

Work ok
Expert:  Tim H. replied 1 year ago.

Lets try that. There is probably a flexible gas line feeding the fireplaces. Crack that connection open before the fireplace gas valve and see if there is gas coming out.

TY Tim. Got it fixed. There were loose wires. But I was charged $23.00. Should only be $5.00. I didn't call you.
TKS for your help.

You'd need to take that up with customer service. I only handle technical stuff on here.
