2 totally different refrigerants, 134A is considered a low temp refrigerant used in refrigeration and automotive where R410A is a medium temp refrigerant for residential and commercial air conditioning

R134 a systems will have a larger fitting to prevent you from mistakenly mixing the refrigerants
