Customer Question

Hello, I have two electric fireplaces in a 2 year old house. One puts out heat but the flames no longer illuminate. The other illuminates but has not heat. These are nearly brand new units and have never been damaged. Any ideas on how to get them working properly again. Thanks, ***** *****

Do you have the model number off the units at all?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am at work right now so I don't have the model numbers. They are only several years old.

OK how much did you pay for them as a lot of these style units have limited parts available for them. I can tell if they will by what you paid for them
