Have had to replace far too many sequencers on our 4 bank

Have had to replace far too many sequencers on our 4 bank electric furnace at one home and none on other furnace of different make. Possible reasons please.

There are a couple of things that may be causing this.

1. Most common is loose connections on spade clips where wires connect to sequncer.Squeezing with needele nose often enough to help this.

2.Too small wire from sequencer to elements drawing more amps than what wire is rated for

3.Imported sequencers. Many of these Chinese and Mexican imports will fail more quickly than the oem sequencers.
