Customer Question

I have a gas furnace with and electric start pilot light (no standing light, electric spark lights the gas)
I've replaced the thermostat upstairs and the unit it continually blowing the fan even tho I have it set to auto cycle. The AC unit also is not turning on when I switch it over.
Which makes me think the wiring but I'm not sure how to check that.
The electric start does not seem to be working. Is there a way to be sure it needs replaced and is it something I can do or should I call a pro?
Or could it be the wiring if the fan isn't shutting off?

if by the blower you mean FAN, then yes it comes on and wont go off. If i turn the furnace off them on, the fan comes on blower cold air.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
any other advice?
Expert:  BillyHvac replied 1 year ago.

It sounds like a limit or loss of transformer. There is one way to test to be sure...do you have a meter?
