My A. O. Smith condenser fan model F48P99A76 is not running. Is there a reset switch I can try before buying a new motor?

there is not a reset button for the motor. With power to the fan...have you spun the blades manually to see if it starts?

This will test whether capacitor or motor

Then you have a defective motor. If the capacitor were bad the unit would start with an assist. But since it doesnt, you have a motor that needs replaced.
