Have 2 zone ac/heat that I'm replacing old controller board

Customer Question

Have 2 zone ac/heat that I'm replacing old controller board with a Honeywell HZ221 board. Thought I could connect properly but must have something wrong and didn't take picture of previous wiring to look back at. It's not a heat pump. After finishing wiring I turned power on and set thermostat to cool. It came on but Heat lit up instead of cool.

It all seems correct, let me see if anyone else can assist as I see nothing wrong with that wiring.
