Honeywell RTH111 series thermostat blowing hot air instead of AC after installation. Any suggestions?

Do you have the wire for the heat pump reversing valve wired to the O or B terminal (Only B if you have a Rheem, Ruud or Thermal zone heat pump otherwise O)?

Also, do you have a wire connection at W beside the jumpered connection from Y?

I'm assuming you have a heat pump since you say the system is blowing out hot instead of cold. It might be helpful for me if you sent the make and model number of the outdoor unit. I can give much more accurate info then.
