I have a crane XL80 turned to cool unit outside the house goes on blower is not coming on I have 120v going to circuit board nothing coming out to blower red light blinking on circuit board is off that means board is not good?

you have described a bad circuit board. 120v in and no 120v delivered to the blower motor. This requires replacing the board. The blinking light is normal for "thinks" everything is ok
