When using the ac and the fan is on auto at the thermostat

When using the ac and the fan is on auto at the thermostat the fan constantly kicks on and then 10 seconds later it goes off. It does this numerous times. hen it come on for good during the cooling cycle. Is the center fan relay module causing this? It's a Honeywell r8325a1008

when this ocurrs...does the 120v to motor drop out?
does the 24v from G terminal drop out?
