I have a Honeywell VisionPro (TH8321R1001). i am trying to install RedLink and a Honeywell C7189R1004 Wireless Indoor Sensor. When I try to add a device it states that 24VAC is required. I have 24VAC at the common? What am I missing here?

Hello have you verified you power at the unit with a meter

Blue --- C
Red --- R (jumpered to Rc)
Orange --- O/B
Black --- AUX-E
Yellow --- Y
Green --- G
White --- unsure so attached to lower U1 ... jumpered the upper U1 to R

I jumpered to U1 later in the trial and error process. Do you mean for me to remove that or the one that came factory installed to Rc

Remove the U1 jumper leave the RH to RC jumper

Done. It is still stating that 24VAC is required for RedLINK when trying to add a remote sensorOf note I am actually getting 28VAC
