Hello, tell me please when these systems were installed approximately, and how long this has been going going on.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Installed in 2008. This has been going on for 30 days.

Do you have any additional thoughts?

Are you there?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I set it to heat, +5 degrees above room temperature, and the blower went to high speed.
I can't get it to go to high speed for cooling, only a low speed blower rate.

Hello again,
Sorry for the delay, my ISP was down for a few hours this morning.
Let me know if you would like to continue or not. However, I am out for lunch and dinner and to sleep at night, and do research on the other questions I am working on.
Generally however the wait is under 30 minutes.
