Customer Question

Have Sanyo KS2432 split system. Was working OK. I moved the outside unit a few inches, to clear an obstacle. Now the unit will not turn on at all. Checked the AC feed, seems to be OK into the outside unit. Switching the inside unit slider "on-off-on" makes no difference. Hints?

did not unhook anything. all electric lines & copper tubes flexible & had enough slack to allow small shift in position. All I did was power-off the main breaker, then power back on. I also took the cover off to look at the wiring inside. But did not touch the wiring. With the breaker back on, a neon-tester shows AC incoming. Also seems to show AC outgoing to the interior unit.
