My AC blower stopped. Repair tech came and pushed reset

Customer Question

My AC blower stopped. Repair tech came and pushed reset button as I watched.
Everything fine for several days. Electric company did a turn off then on and blower did not restart. I did what I saw technician do. Saw flashing green and red lights like when he did it. However, when I release the reset button, the blower turns off again.
Other info - I turned thermostat to OFF and fan to manual on. There was a little icing on the outside condensor, but not as bad as when tech was here.
What do I need to do?

Never mind. I got help from the tech who was here. I did everything right except to put the panel door back on.
