I have a buderus g224E/55 boiler with a HS3220 Ecomatic

i have a buderus g224E/55 boiler with a HS3220 Ecomatic controller, the problem i am having is there is a buss 300v GLR10 fuse on the controller between the panel and power supply that keeps blowing about 3 minutes after i install a new fuse, power tester shows no power serge. service tech was here 2 hrs and was lost. Any insight? thanks Stuart

it is not a power surge to be concerned with but a short.
Did the tech take an amp draw as unit started?

as I said the unit runs for 3/4 minutes than the fuse blows. Starts up fine.
