Customer Question

I just pur1chased and moved into a condominium which is a little less than 1,000 Sq.fT. It will not cool down regardless of how I change the thermostat. In fact, I can go as low as 60 degrees and still shows space to be at 78 degrees. I am assuming that perhaps it has previous settings that control it. Can I change this?

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I'll do my best to help. Let's get started and see what we can do.Sound like possibly system is low on refigerant. Lowering thermostat will not make it cool any better, just means that it will keep running.
