Why would an old GE airhandler evap coil only cool on one side? the one facing the filter (out) to be specific.

Hello,
Partial cooling from a coil depends how the distributor feeder tubes enter the coil.
Once your liquid line enters the distributor, do they feed alternate rows or sides of your coil?
