Customer Question

In Houston Tx, outside temp is 98-100 degrees. We live on the 15floor of a 17 story bldg, 8 years, habe a chiller system, also 8 yrs old. It has not cooled under 73 degrees for about 6 weeks and will get as high as 80 during the day running non stop. This is the first year it has not cooled down, especially during the day. It has been checked by in house guys and they have no answers. Any ideas?

if this is water cooled you may need an acid clean of the can also check input and output temp of the water to see if you are getting enough water flow.
