I have a honeywell weathertron thermostat that is not working apparently - blower is working but no ac ..inside it says trane Baystat240A 3AAT82B1B1 this is attached to a geothermal unit mercury switch arcs only occasionally. can I bypass it to cool house for tonight until I can replace it or what other options might I have

Hello,R to G = fanR to Y = compressorR to O = reverse valvetie all 3 together and it should cool...IF...the thermostat is the cause
