My inside and outside ac units have power and are on

Customer Question

Hello...My inside and outside ac units have power and are on but there isn't cold air coming from the vents in the house. The system was working perfectly until a power surge from a storm that passed through. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello, So far it sounds you suffered an electrical spike caused by the storm that damaged one of the printed circuit cards. Tell me a lot about your skill sets and experience with electrical things so that I can coach you most effectively in the morning. We can go from there.
