I have a home with 2 zones. My air was working this morning

Customer Question

I have a home with 2 zones. My air was working this morning upstairs and now it isn't. There are two units outside one has a fan spinning the other isn't spinning. My home is 4 years old and I have had technicians here every year for either no heat or no air. During the cooler months I have had one of the units outside look like a block of ice. Please help
