I have a bryant model,FC4DNFO18, electric furnace and the blower

i have a bryant model,FC4DNFO18, electric furnace and the blower motor quit working was going to replace it but noticed a blue wire coming from control board to speeds 1,2,3,connected to 2 measured 24volts never seen this before can't find a replacement when using model number
