I'm installing an RTH6500WF in my home and I get no power to

Customer Question

I'm installing an RTH6500WF in my home and I get no power to the unit. It's gas furnace and I've moved the G wire to the C terminal and bridged the yellow to the green at the furnace - connected face-plate - nothing happens. I've re-checked all wires to ensure they're properly hooked up. I'd appreciate your help. Bob
