Hi I'm Brian and I'm here to help! I have the documents for both your air handler and thermostat. It would help if I knew the model of your outdoor unit too. The most common reason for this if you have a heat pump is in either the wiring or the W-O/B terminal or selecting the proper choice for system type and reversing valve function in the installer set up options. Do you have a Rheem heat pump outdoor unit? Thanks, -Brian
