Hello, Remove the blower access cover and hold the door switch in with your and and tell me if you can see the blower wheel spinning or notIf the blower wheel is spinning t he cooling coil might be iced over, tell me if there a lot of air coming from the air vents in the house, or very little. Tell me if the largest copper tube attached to the outside unit is sweating, or frosty or not, We can go from there.

I checked that and nothing. No light on the board, which I'm not sure is normal or not. I have my voltmeter here and a flashlight. I haven't run the AC in several days.
