Have you tried bypassing thermostat to see if this still occurs?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Hi Tim yes tried to bypass thermostat same thing. Tried all wires the fan motor only makes one cycle? The heater makes two or three. coil gets warm, blower come's on 30sec off , propane on furnace heats "alittle" venter motor runs until cool shuts off.

Are you getting any flash code when the unit shuts down?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes fast green flash during my 90 sec heat cycle then slow green flash after shut down.

And you still have 24 volts across C to W terminals at the board when unit shuts down? If you're not sure, I'd want you to measure this, This is volts "ac" not dc, just FYI.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
between G & W1 27.6
Expert:  Tim H. replied 2 years ago.
OK, no not between G and W1 , but right at the unit on the board, I need you to measure between C or common terminal and W with a call for heat. I need to know if, when the unit shuts down, you still have 24 volts between C or common and W.
