Hello. My name is ***** ***** I'll do my best to help. Let's get started and see what we can do.What is the model on the fan and how did you connect the wires?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The fan is a hunter Ridgefield model The wires are connected black to black, white to white, green to the bare copper ground wire and the blue is connected to a red wire from the ceiling.
Expert:  airheatman replied 2 years ago.
Looking for a manual. Is there a number after the Ridgefield? And are you controlling through a switch on wall?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No number just Ridgefield, there are 2 wall switches- one for the fan and one for the lights

Not finding a diagram for this. All my diagrams just show a white, black and white with black stripe. I will opt pout and see if another expert may assist quicker. Please do not rate or reply as that will send question back to me and slow the process of getting an answer. Thanks for allowing me to work with you to this point. Please stand by and hopefully another expert will pick up the question shortly.

Do you have pull switches on the fan itself?, besides the wall switches?
Do the lights come on on the fan when you flip the wall switch for the light?
